Tender description

Argyll & Bute Council wish to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced design team to develop phase 1 of a high-quality active travel route between Helensburgh and Garelochhead. Phase 1 will develop the section of route linking Helensburgh Waterfront Development and HMNB Clyde to full Developed Design and Technical Design stages. This will be undertaken through producing a design that adheres to the principles set out in Cycling by Design (2021) and will build upon the route identification and concept design work undertake in 2021 by Civic Engineers.
