This opportunity with Preston City Council, acting on behalf of Burnley Borough Council, Chorley Borough Council, Fylde Borough Council, Pendle Borough Council and West Lancs Borough Council, is to provide: Parking Enforcement and/or Cash Collection , Counting and Banking Services Lot 1: Parking Enforcement This currently requires approximately 413 hours weekly required to be deployed over 110 off-street car parks over 8 districts.; Lot 2: This currently requires cash collection from 129 pay and display machines over 7 districts, cash counting and banking (although these quantities will vary up or down).
