The NESPT wishes to commission an experienced heritage consultant to develop a project to restore the category A listed Mill of Benholm The NESPT wishes to commission an experienced heritage consultant to undertake the work described below. - Define and cost a first phase of the development process - Identify possible sources of funding for the first phase - Complete and submit funding applications for the first phase - Prepare and implement a programme of events at the Mill - Prepare and implement a programme of volunteer work parties at the Mill - If grant funding is secured, manage the implementation of the first phase works - Define and cost further phases of development work - Identify possible sources of funding for further phases - Complete and submit funding applications for further phases - Ensure that the local community is kept informed of progress through social media and public meetings - Assist Mill of Benholm Enterprise in progressing their ideas for the site
