Leeds City Council is considering a procurement exercise for suitably qualified and experienced organisations to supply and deliver white goods for Leeds residents experiencing severe financial hardship via Leeds City Council's Local Welfare Support Scheme (LWSS). We are looking for organisations to provide us with information through this Market Sounding Exercise that will help inform such a procurement, and in particular how it might be able to focus on social value through reusing, repairing and reducing waste.
