ITT for the Provision of Legal and Related Services for the Central Bank of Ireland

Tender description

The Central Bank invites Tenders for appointment to one or more Framework Agreements for the provision of the legal and related services described in Appendix 1A of the ITT document, and in more detail in the individual appendices relating to each service, which have been uploaded with this notice. The legal and related services are required in respect of a number of separate lots. A summary description of the Lots is set out below. Core Legal Services – Lot A - regarding the provision of legal advices and legal representation and support in relation to the Central Bank’s primary responsibilities as described at section 1.1 above. General Legal Services – Lot B - regarding the provision of legal advices and legal representation and support, divided into two separate Lots as follows: • Lot B1 Employment and related services • Lot B2 Commercial and operations Enforcement-related Legal Services – Lot C - regarding the provision of legal advices and legal representation and support in relation to the Central Bank's enforcement responsibilities. Barristers Legal Services – Lot D - regarding the provision of legal advices and legal representation and support in relation to the Central Bank's enforcement responsibilities consisting of four (4) separate Lots as follows: • Lot D1 – Senior Counsel • Lot D2 – Experienced Junior Counsel (8+ years PQE) • Lot D3 – Junior Counsel (4 to 7 years PQE) • Lot D4 – Junior Counsel (0 to 3 years PQE) Legal and Professional Data Management and eDiscovery Services - Lot E – regarding the provision of data management and eDiscovery and services, legal and professional support services and document review services. Document Review Services – Lot F – regarding the provision of document review and analysis services, including in support of the Central Bank’s ongoing inquiries and investigations.
