Household Support Fund Phase 2 Delivery

Waltham Forest Council has received funding from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), to spend on supporting vulnerable households over the summer. This grant is called the Household Support Fund (HSF). The Council will be partnering with local Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations to develop a Cost of Living Community Coalition that will: (1) provide financial support by distributing part of the HSF grant to eligible residents in various forms (e.g. food vouchers) as well as; (2) provide in-person financial advice and support to residents through two Cost of Living Stalls. The Council is looking for a provider which will be part of the Cost of Living Community Coalition and act as the Coordinator for the delivery of (1) and work alongside the Council, other VCS organisations and volunteers to support the delivery of (2).
