DurhamWorks - Working in the Arts

Tender description

This opportunity is to seek a single provider in the field of the Arts to deliver bespoke support to DurhamWorks participants (NEET aged 16-24 and resident in County Durham) who have an interest and talent in an artistic medium to explore opportunities for self-employment, employment, apprenticeships or entry to further learning using their existing skills. The contract has been divided into two lots. Providers must only respond to the Lot to which they are interested in bidding for. Providers may bid for more than one Lot and are encouraged to do so. The proposed contract is to be let with an option to extend for a further 1 period of 9 months from the actual end date or completion of achieving satisfactory targets on the programme (whichever is sooner) (i.e. extensions can run concurrently), subject to funding, performance, achieving KPI's, need and/or Commissioner approval. This project is to be funded through the European Structural & Investment Funds (ESIF) and the Youth Employment Initiative.
