CBC invite suitable companies that provide Soft FM services, to attend an engagement session at Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, Bedfordshire, SG17 5TQ, on 08 June 2022. The event will run from 10am – 1pm. The Soft FM Services will be split into two separate contracts that will provide planned and reactive services;Cont 1 – will provide Cleaning services. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of planned and reactive cleaning services, including window cleaning, confidential waste, hygiene and janitor services.Cont 2 – will provide Security services.The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of planned and reactive security services, including static guarding, key holding and adhoc services.Contract term: 3 years - Cleaning 2 years - SecurityExt: 1 yr + 1 yr - Cleaning 1 yr months - SecurityEmail laura.chapman@oneconsultinggroup.co.uk by 1st June to express an interest and please provide full contact details. A presentation pack will be issued to all companies that register and request a pack, and members of the Council’s Facilities Management service and Procurement teams will be in attendance to discuss the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process. The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME’s.
