Lot 1: The purpose of this contract is to provide a high quality statutory advocacy provision for Service Users. The Service will provide a combination of instructed and non-instructed advocacy. The Service will provide a holistic approach to working with Service Users and methods of communication may be in non-standard ways, for example, working with people who have no spoken language.
