This document should be read in conjunction with the relevant supporting documents / appendices listed in the additional tender information section. The University has specified SFG20 as a minimum standard for the delivery of Planned Preventive Maintenance and requires that the appointed Contractor can meet and exceed those standards and the building users' expectations by delivering a superior and extremely customer focused service.
