Appointment of Partial Quantity Surveying Services as part of a Design Team for O’ Carolan College, Nobber, Co Meath. The project will comprise of the construction of a three-storey school building over 3 floors; Accommodation is comprised of 20 classrooms, 5 specialist classrooms, 4 science laboratories, 2 arts & crafts rooms, home economics room, 3 construction engineering rooms, library, general purpose hall and ancillary spaces, multi-purpose hall and ancillary spaces, special needs suite, administrative offices, pastoral rooms, staff room, toilets, cloakrooms, vertical and horizontal circulation, plant rooms and store rooms.
