Tender description

WLC award a professional and capable term measured contractor for the carrying out of the annual inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and replacement of air conditioning and air source heat pump systems Equipment, as and when instructed, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Contract and Contract Documents. The Contract includes for an emergency repair service providing a full twenty-four hour protection. The amount of work/Orders instructed shall vary throughout the duration of the Contract. Tenderers must be F Gas Registered, tenderers who do not demonstrate relevant qualifications will be rejected. Tenderer must be a current member of either NICEIC or SELECT or equivalent, tenderers who do not demonstrate relevant electrical competence will be rejected.
