<p>The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”), acting as lead authority on behalf of itself and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is prepared to receive tenders to be included on the Flexible Purchasing System for the Procurement of Music Tutors (Various Lots), which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.
