T0252 SRN PCM Link Air Quality Monitoring

Tender description

Highways England is looking to deploy a number of diffusion tubes at locations close to the Strategic Road Network (SRN) as part of their work to support delivery of the Government's National Air Quality Plan. We are looking to work with one or more of the SPATS 2 framework suppliers to deploy a small number nitrogen dioxide (NO2) diffusion tubes in triplicate at each location. It is envisaged that the monitoring is undertaken for initially 3 years with the possibility depending on monitored annual mean NO2 concentrations to extend the duration of the monitoring.
