Tender description

South Lanarkshire Council Roads and Transportation Services have a requirement to purchase Bitumen Products for roads maintenance works. Scotland Excel have a Framework for Bitumen Products; the framework is split into various lots. Lot 2 and Lot 3 meet the Council requirements.
