Single Party framework agreement for the provision of Dental Services to the Irish Prison Service in seven (7) lots across its various sites

Tender description

The Irish Prison Service invites suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of dental services across the Irish Prison Service network in seven (7) Lots. Services in six (6) of the lots will be onsite. The single party framework agreement for each Lot will be established on foot of this competition. Initial contracts for dental services will be awarded on foot of this competition for services in Lot 2 (Shelton Abbey) and Lot 5 (Limerick). Tenderers will be required to be in a position to commence provision of dental treatment services in those locations immediately on award of contract. It is anticipated that the provision of dental services in for the other Lots will commence in Q3 2022. The initial contracts will be awarded to the successful tenderer for each Lot, for a period of four (4) years. The framework will be established for a period of eight (8) years.
