Tender description

Bristol's current back office software system for the management of Penalty Charge Notices is Si-Dem. The contract expires at the end of 2022-23. This new contract is for the development of a new enforcement client to enable Si-Dem to also be used for PCNs issued for the Clean Air Zone. It will co-terminate with our existing contract. This award is made under ESPO 509_19 Parking Solutions Framework on the basis of a mini competition, for which a single supplier can deliver the requirements (Conduent is the only supplier that can update their Si-Dem system).
