Tender description

1.1 Orkney Islands Council Harbour Authority as part of the Orkney Islands Council (OIC) has a requirement for specialist wave consultancy services in relation to the potential developments at Scapa Deep Water Quay, Scapa Flow and Hatston (Orkney Logistics Base), Kirkwall as these projects move towards EIA, detailed design and construction.
