he Services to be provided by the Supplier under the above Lot are listed in Framework Section 2 and outlined below and in full detail in the specification document provided to supplier: Deliver two separate Proof of Value (POV) automation flows using the Microsoft Power Platform, to a standard which will allow demonstration of how it could work once rolled out to full production. Conduct workshops with identified GIAA staff to conduct process discovery activities Deliver a presentation to showcase the proposed POV solutions and requirements to move to full roll out Deliver a presentation to communicate suggested next steps for future RPA investment Deliver training sessions with nominated GIAA staff to share knowledge on the operations of the RPA solutions The POV will be limited to 20 days effort and the scope will be jointly agreed by the supplier and GIAA at the start of the contract to ensure delivery
