Pre-Market Engagement for Belfast City Councils New Framework for Marketing Services

Tender description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to notify the market of Belfast City Council’s intention to hold a pre-market engagement session with interested parties to inform them of a new Marketing Services Framework which will be put out to tender later this year. Lot 1: The new Marketing Services Framework will be multi-supplier and will cover the following areas: 1. Strategic Brand Services 2. Design, Copy Writing, and Content Services 3. Advertising and Media The pre-market engagement session will give a brief overview of the new Framework, including further details regarding the above areas of work and potential requirements. It will also give a brief overview of the procurement process including an indicative timeline. The session will be run via MS Teams and representatives from Belfast City Council's Marketing and Corporate Communications and Commercial Procurement Services Departments will deliver a briefing presentation. There will then be an opportunity for interested parties to submit written feedback and/or questions on the new Framework. The date of the pre-market engagement session will be Wednesday 22nd June 2022 at 10am and will last approximately 30-45 minutes. Please note that a maximum of two attendees from each Organisation may be permitted to attend.
