Tender description

The Council is looking to appoint a single supplier for the planned preventative maintenance, responsive breakdown service and repair for its fire alarms, emergency lighting and fire safety systems in a range of buildings operated by Norfolk County Council. A list of sites, plant and equipment is included in the invitation to tender. This list will change from time to time as the management of sites changes and plant/equipment is added or taken away. Please note that the employer offers no assured minimum quantity of plant/equipment and will not entertain any additional claim from contractors if levels of work diminish.
