Performance Improvement and Process Re-engineering Consultancy for Histopathology Services

Tender description

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is inviting Tenders for the provision of professional consultancy services to develop a design requirement specification for the construction of a future Histopathology service to include all functions within the service, from sample receipt to final clinical report. The appointed contractor will not only design the future state, but will also work with the Histology team to identify and implement any immediate opportunities for improved service. This will not be a stand alone piece of work, but will instead be developed over a period of 12 months. This will allow for collaboration and a 'Plan, Do, Study Action' approach.
