Tender description

This projects involves installing additional Comfort Cooling in mostly multiple offices and procedure rooms, along with the associated external units mounted on the roof. The works will also require elements of building and electrical and building management system controls attendances. The Installation works will be in occupied offices, which requires continuous liaising with health staff (regarding working areas). Temporary scaffolding, screening, daily cleaning up, and associated builders works and attendances to facilitate the main mechanical installation. Works are mostly to be undertaken in the evenings, out of hours, with rooms ready for health use during normal hours.
