NHS People Promise Exemplar Programme evaluation

We are looking to commission a supplier to evaluate the People Promise Exemplar Programme. The People Promise itself outlines behaviours and actions that staff can expect from NHS leaders and colleagues, to improve the experience of working in the NHS for everyone. The themes and words that make up the NHS People Promise have come from those who work in the NHS. People in different healthcare roles and organisations have made it clear what matters most to them, and what would make the greatest difference in improving their experience in the workplace. This is what we should all be able to say about working in the NHS, by 2024. More information is available within the ITQ document. Interested suppliers should register on the NHS England & Improvement e-procurement system here: https://health-family.force.com/login • Once logged in click 'Find Opportunities' and search for 'NHS People Promise Exemplar Programme evaluation' • Click 'Register Interest' • Once you have registered your interest you will be able to view the Requirements and submit a response to the questions within the portal. • Any messages about the opportunity should be sent via the e-procurement system.
