The Council's Grounds Services have a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of 2 x Kubota F3090 Fitted with Kubota RCK60-F36EC 60” Side Discharge Deck (or equivalent). The Council's procurement service identified a suitable and accessible Framework under the Scotland Excel Framework for Grounds Maintenance Equipment Lot 6, 09-18. The call-off contract is for a one-off purchase. OJEU Reference Number: 2018/S 198-447496 In reviewing the Scotland Excel master schedule, it became clear that throughout the various lots, the requirement should be procured via Mini Competition. Offers for the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 2 x Kubota F3090 Fitted with Kubota RCK60-F36EC 60” Side Discharge Deck (or equivalent) were invited by Mini Tender on the 28 April 2022, with all invited tenderers having been selected from the appropriate Lot of the Scotland Excel framework contract covering these materials. South Lanarkshire Council awarded a Call-Off Contract following a Mini-Competition under a Framework Agreement as noted in section II.1.4 per the pre-defined selection procedure under the Framework to bidder Hamilton Bros Engineering Ltd as they submitted the most economically advantageous tender and met the Council's specific requirements. The call-off contract is a one-off purchase.
