Integrated Design Team for Dublin Street North Regeneration Project

Monaghan County Council is seeking submissions from competent Urban Design Architect Led IDT (Integrated Design Teams) to assist in the design delivery of the proposed Urban Renewal of Dublin Street North Regeneration Project to: • Prepare Preliminary Designs taking cognisance of the approved Masterplan for the Dublin Street North regeneration area. The appointed Design Team will also be required to prepare public realm improvement designs in for the existing Dublin Street. • Prepare a detailed planning submission to An Bord Pleanala including all screening reports and EIAR (Environmental Impact Assessment Report), and all other statutory consents for the Project. • Perform Role of PSDP for the duration of the appointment up to Planning Approval stage.
