Tender description
The Arts Council seeks to appoint an HR Project Manager on a temporary basis to facilitate from a HR perspective the improvements in the HR ICT System proposed. for a period of approximately 6 months. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidates will manage the end-to-end implementation of an HR Information System, including process audit & mapping and migration of the existing HR drive to SharePoint. The need has arisen to move away from the existing Time Management System (Currently ASI purchased in 2008 and sits on The Arts Council server) to a cloud based HR Information System, in order to develop and support the team and create capacity to implement change/improvements projects on an ongoing basis. This role will support the creation, development & maintenance of knowledge tools & content and support the Arts Council’s drive for excellence in HR service delivery across the organisation.
