<p>The Health and Social Care Act 2012 established Health and Wellbeing Boards and set out their statutory duties. This included the requirement to produce a joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy which describes how the Board, working together with partners, will improve health and wellbeing. A key element of the strategy is ensuring the voice of local people is heard and influences. This commission supports this key aspect of the strategy, to identify and assess the needs and priorities of local people. The successful provider will utilise existing intelligence to synthesize and identify the key issues for local people This work should take no longer than 8 weeks to complete.
