Forestry England are seeking third party organisations with the experience and know-how to operate 13 of our Forestry England Camping sites across England, with an appetite to create new sites and more opportunities for people to enjoy the benefits provided by forests in the future. Lot 1: Sherwood Pines Forestry England are seeking third party organisations with the experience and know-how to operate our Forestry England Camping site at Sherwood Pines. Additional information: Capital Investments in the first 3 years of £1million, the contract duration will be for 10 years with an option to renew for a further 10 years and a further option to renew for a final further 10 years (30 years in total). Capital Investments in the first 3 years £1million, the contract duration will be for 20 years, with an option to renew for a further term of 10 years (30 years in total) Lot 2: Bracelands, Forest of Dean Forestry England are seeking third party organisations with the experience and know-how to operate our Forestry England Camping site at •Bracelands, Forest of Dean. Additional information: Capital Investments in the first 3 years of £1million, the contract duration will be for 10 years with an option to renew for a further 10 years and a further option to renew for a final further 10 years (30 years in total). Additional information: The contract duration will be for 10 years, the lease will contain an option to renew for a further term of 10 years and a further option to renew for a final further 10 years (ie. a term of up to 30 years in total) Lot 4: New Forest Forestry England are seeking third party organisations with the experience and know-how to operate our 10 Forestry England Camping sites the New Forest. Additional information: The contract duration will be for 10 years, the lease will contain an option to renew for a further term of 10 years (ie. a term of up to 20 years in total)
