Establishment of a Multi-Operator Framework Agreement for the Provision of display and exhibition stands and related services to Maynooth University

Tender description

The provision, installation, removal and storage of exhibition stands at various events throughout the year including Maynooth University open days in November (x 2), April and June. Each open day requires: • the production and installation of approximately 60 stands of varying size for university departments. Each stand will have a ‘Maynooth University’ logo and the relevant department’s name. A large welcome stand will also be installed in a designated reception building. (MU will provide all artwork and text, bi-lingual) • The provision of extensive outdoor signage both on campus and in the perimeter areas of the campus to assist in directing traffic and pedestrians to particular buildings being used as part of the open day. The provision of large MU display stands with ancillary pods and storage facilities at events such as the Irish Times Higher Options Exhibition. Such stands will be large scale within the range of 2 to 4 meters in height. The provision of a smaller suite of stands for events such as the Maynooth Summer School, mature student tests and other events as required.
