Tender description
Cirrus Primary Academy Trust (CPAT) are conducting a tender for a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) using a procurement procedure and other conditions, as set out in Regulation 34 the of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 15).
