<p>Kent County Council (KCC) is looking for an organisation or a consortium of organisations to provide high-quality locum support to complete statutory assessments for the purposes of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), in accordance with the template provided by the Local Authority and within designated timescales.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>It is predicted that between 40 and 100 assessments per month will be required, with flexibility required to provide additional capacity to meet any change in demand. The service must be able to work offer both virtual and face-to-face assessments to young people across Kent.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>It is KCC's intention to award the contract for at least one year, to begin in December 2022, with potential extensions. The estimated maximum financial envelope for Educational Psychology Assessments is &pound;1,800,000 annually.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Kent County Council is committed to ensuring fairness, openness, and transparency and to following EU procurement regulations.
