Consultancy Support for the Procurement of Mechanical and Electrical contracts

Tender description

There are currently two main Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Contractors operating across the saha geographic regions, both contractors provide a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Responsive Repairs service. Saha wishes to improve service delivery and reduce time wastage between servicing and rectification works, this can be accomplished by ensuring the correct specification, pricing mechanism and contracts are in place to reduce the need for separate quotations for work which has been the current modus operandi. To this end, saha are seeking to retender this contract and are looking for a Procurement Consultancy that will be able to support and manage the procurement process for us.
