Tender description

The aim of the service is to further develop collaborative co-produced approaches to dementia support via a partnership between Voluntary Sector, Memory Assessment and Post Diagnostic Support, Adult Social Care and Public Health, connecting to policy and strategy to ensure that the lived experience and voices of people with Dementia are heard and included. The objectives are to ensure that people affected by dementia are fully involved with and benefit from co-produced innovative activity that contributes to a range of post-diagnostic support including strategy, policy, design and delivery and participation.
