The University of Salford is seeking tenders to supply a CNC lathe with live tooling and Y-axis. This machine will form part of the Morson Engine Room in which the Maker Space provides access to the latest industry standard equipment for staff & students throughout the University. The Morson Maker Space is a new department at the University of Salford tasked with integrating digital fabrication technology and 'maker' skills into curricula, attracting industrial partnerships and teaching future-fit skills for the benefit of all Salford graduates.
