Ceredigion - Town Regeneration Plans

Tender description

Ceredigion County Council are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced professional(s) / agency / consortium to facilitate & develop six regeneration plans (WP1&2) and six bilingual Place Plan documents and illustrated visual representations of key developments in the form of A4 artistic impressions and A1 maps (WP3).Tenders are invited from suitably qualified parties who are able to provide the services compliant with all current legislation/procedures.Timescales are as follows: Work Package 1&2 must be completed by 30 September 2022. Work Package 3 must be completed by 31 August 2022.Submissions should be broken down into the different work packages to reflect the different elements of the required work, with details of the amount of time allocated and total cost for each component required.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
