<p>Luton Council proposes to develop a site at land north of Buckle Close (Housing Development), Luton into a high quality residential scheme comprising 34No 1, 2 & 3 Bed Flats as a single, 4 storey, block with associated ancillary buildings, car parking and external works and infrastructure. The proposal has obtained Planning Approval and the council’s BTS (Building Technical Services) team has been designated as the principal contractor overseeing delivery of the development. The council will now be undertaking a series of sub-contract procurement events to support the delivery of this scheme by BTS.
