Tender description

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to appoint a firm of Architects to take an existing design from its current RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation & Briefing) through to RIBA stage 2 (Concept Design) and RIBA stage 3 (Spatial Co-ordination) services in connection with the Council’s redevelopment works of the Former Royal Mail Sorting Office (FRMSO), and Cantium House (CH), Maidstone. The RIBA Stage 1 work which is nearing completion will be shared with those who express an interest in tendering for the project.
