Tender description

We are working towards our strategic plan to provide more, and better, housing for older people; more opportunities for colleagues; more influence for customers; and to be more efficient. We plan to build 5,700 affordable and energy efficient homes over 10 years, and to grow our Care home portfolio to a maximum of 140 homes over the medium to long term, underpinned by efficiency improvements and synergy savings across the organisation. We are seeking proposals to transform our banking processes.
