Tender description

<p>Flat roof recovery works to the Aston University main campus building. The existing flat roof coverings and cork insulation will be stripped back and minor works will commence to the adjoining building fabric. Bauder's flat roof proposal is then to be installed, this includes a new air &amp; vapour control layer, tapered insulation, carrier membrane, upstands, liquiDEK and finish. Additional works of note include the raising of kerbs to the two extract housing units, the replacement of RW outlets in the deck, temporary isolation, removal and storage of existing M&amp;E equipment and the installation of a new bigfoot system for the AHU plant on the left hand roof.</p> Keywords: Roofing Works
