<p>Bury Architectural Services are seeking competitive tenders from competent and experienced TEAM BMI / Icopal and IMA contractors to deliver the above scheme. Although the tender is going out on the chest system via open tender -only contractors who are TEAM BMI / Icopal and IMA contractors will be considered. No contractor stating that they will undertake BMI/ Icopal training and membership of the IMA if successful will be NOT be considered. Only contractors with an office / yard within a travel distance of one hour will be considered for this tender because of call out purposes involved with it. All tendering contractors are to have an office /workshop base located no more than one hour away for the purpose of emergency call-outs. N.B The contractor&rsquo;s office administration centre / workshop is not to be a postal box address. The local authority will be ( if required) permitted to verify the validity of contractors office /workshop premises prior to the contractor being appointed and the travelling time distance to the site. Approved BMI/ Icopal products, installation teams and guarantees have formed part of previous roofing installations on this site. In the interests of future maintenance and insurance compliance, BMI /Icopal products will be procured for this phase. To this end no consideration will be given to the substitution of alternative materials by potential bidders. Note that the contractors Social Value submission shall accrue no cost to the tender figure. SV submissions shall be evaluated at 5% across tender submissions.</p> Keywords: SCHOOL, ROOFING
