Provision of Consultancy to Develop the Role of Carers' Lead for Social Care

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is seeking to engage an external consultant / agency to carry out a scoping exercise to develop a new role.The role will seek to scope a new Carers’ Lead Officer role for the Social Care Department, which will lead strategic and operational project and service development work to support the needs of unpaid carers across Wrexham.The Consultant will take a co-productive, project management approach, working with a range of internal and external partners to identify service gaps, unmet need and opportunities for strategic and operational service development, which will form part of the Carer’s Lead Officer post.There is a budget of up to £5,000 for this service.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=117495.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
