PAN2415 - Hire of PA and Audio Equipment for Festivals and Events

<p>Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites tenders from competent and experienced Suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation and removal of PA, audio and special effects equipment hired for various events that are held in the City of Leicester. There are seven Lots as follows: Lot 1 Outdoor PA &ndash; Flown Coverage Area 20m by 80m; Lot 2 Outdoor PA &ndash; Flown Coverage area up to 20m by 120m; Lot 3 Outdoor PA &ndash; Flown Coverage area up to 25m by 200m; Lot 4 Outdoor PA &ndash; Flown Coverage area up to 100m by 250m; Lot 5 Lighting; Lot 6 Indoor Pyrotechnics; Lot 7 Fogging Machine. The Supplier will be required to be flexible, innovative and provide high quality outputs within tight timeframes and develop installation/removal plans for each event in collaboration with the Authority and any nominated partners and stakeholders as necessary. The proposed contract will be for one year with options to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further four years._&nbsp;Further information about the opportunity can be found in the tender documentation.
