OUT OF COURT DISPOSAL INTERVENTION FOR SUBSTANCE MISUSE

Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the supply of the service: OUT OF COURT DISPOSAL INTERVENTION FOR SUBSTANCE MISUSE. Provision of an intervention to raise awareness of the legal and health aspects of alcohol and drug use, and the impact that it can have on our behaviour and our communities. The intervention will be accessible to all offenders over the age of 18 years who have committed a low to medium risk offence, where Hampshire Constabulary have determined that they are eligible for a Conditional Caution or Community Resolution. The Contract will commence on 1st June 2022 and will be for a period of 1 year and 10 months (with the option to extend for a further 3 years) Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested (including the attached In-Tend questionnaire) by 1400 hrs on Friday 18th February 2022.
