Tender description

Northgate M3 is a critical database for statutory services (Env'Health, Housing, Trading Standards, Licensing). The RSER project is ongoing to migrate all Services from Northgate M3 to Idox Tascomi. However, the projected go live date on the Tascomi database is June 2022 and the Services are unable to function without access to a database therefore this option is being sought to provide business continuity until the replacement is fully operational.
