IA1130 - Large Format Out of Home Advertising Concessions in Staffordshire

Tender description

Staffordshire County Council is seeking bids from reputable outdoor advertising media owners to operate all or any of the potential new large format outdoor advertising displays in Staffordshire identified in the tender documents. Plus, any additional locations that the said reputable media owners may identify that are on Staffordshire County Council Freehold Title land and or the County's adopted highway- all the same being subject to contract and receipt of express advertisement consent. Staffordshire County Council are either the freehold owners of the land and or the relevant highway authority on which the proposed advertising displays will be situated and are in a position to grant leases outside the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act to the chosen media owner(s) to operate the sites subject to the said chosen media owner(s) obtaining all necessary advertisement consents.
