Hylton Castle Inclusive Play Equipment

Tender description

Sunderland City Council are seeking a Contractor to provide an inclusive roundabout and an inclusive swing, and to provide the associated installation and any necessary works to install the equipment at Hylton Castle Play Park. The inclusive roundabout should have the capacity to accommodate a wheelchair plus 1 wheelchair user and 1 non wheelchair user. The inclusive swing should have the capacity accommodate a wheelchair and wheelchair user and include 1 flat swing to accommodate a non wheelchair user. The equipment is to include access ramp, enclosure and required rail guards and be constructed in accordance with BS EN 1176 standards.
