Conwy County Borough Council intended to procure a Lead Consultant and required a multi-disciplinary design team to complete the full design of the works.The team were to be engaged by the Lead Consultant and include but not limited to Architect, Civil and Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineers and Principal Designers.The Lead Consultant was required to perform the Principal Designer Duties under the CDM Regulations 2015.The project sought to re-develop Victoria Station, the starting station on the Great Orme Tramway.The location was Victoria Station, Church Walks, Llandudno, North Wales, LL30 2NBGreat Orme Tramway is Britain’s only funicular, or cable hauled, tramway that travels on public roads.
