<p>Gateshead Council is seeking a Consultant to produce an illustrated Development/Delivery Framework for the area identified as Future Place II (within the Urban Core area of Gateshead). This may be a lead consultant which then subcontracts to other consultants to cover elements of the brief or a single consultant able to cover all elements of the brief.
