Tender description

The Donkey Sanctuary would like to invite suitably experienced law firms to tender for the provision of a comprehensive legal service to the Charity and its group and commercial subsidiaries.  The Contract shall be split into five (5) Lots. Applicants may apply for one, any or all Lots. Applicants must indicate which Lot(s) they wish to be considered for within Part 3 Section 7 of the Response Document. The Lots shall be split into the following categories:   Lot 1 – UK Lot 2 – International Lot 3 – Spain Lot 4 – Italy Lot 5 – Ireland   For Lot 1 (UK), Lot 3 (Spain) and Lot 3 (Ireland), two service providers will be awarded to each lot, due to the diversity of matters arising in these jurisdictions. Instructions will be allocated between the law firms depending on their particular specialism/s and the associated costs. For Lot 2 (International) and Lot 4 (Italy), one service provider shall be awarded to each Lot. The international service provider shall be expected to cover the legal requirements of Ethiopia, Mexico, Cyprus, Netherlands and Kenya.
